Our guest for this episode has over twenty years’ experience in human resources. She’s worked for Deloitte in Human Capital and Change Management Consulting on transformational projects in energy, resources, tertiary and public sector engagements. She has also held human resources roles with Suncorp, and the Australian Government. As the Chief People Officer for Heritage Bank Margo Dewar is responsible for the bank's overall human resources strategy, leading this function across recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, health and safety, organisational development and change management.
